Sfi i Malmö stad - Ansökan om rätt att studera sfi för EU- /EES-medborgare

Om du är EU- eller EES-medborgare utan svenskt personnummer och vill studera svenska för invandrare (sfi) i Malmö stad måste du först ansöka om rätten att få studera sfi.

Krav innan du ansöker

För att kunna ansöka om rätt att studera i Malmö som EU- /EES-medborgare behöver du vara bosatt i Malmö och kunna styrka medborgarskap. Är du familjemedlem till en EU- /EES-medborgare har du också rätt att ansöka. 

Bifoga handlingar

Du behöver bifoga följande handlingar till din ansökan:

• Kopia av ditt pass eller nationellt id-kort från  EU- /EES-land där nationalitet framgår.

Om du ansöker via familjemedlem behöver du bifoga följande handlingar:

• Kopia av ditt pass eller nationellt id-kort från  EU- /EES-land där nationalitet framgår.
• Kopia av din familjemedlems pass eller nationellt id-kort från  EU- /EES-land där nationalitet framgår.

Efter att din ansökan blivit godkänd

1. Om din ansökan om rätten att studera sfi blir godkänd får du ett brev med ett tillfälligt nummer skickat till din angivna adress.
2. Anmäl dig till sfi via e-tjänsten: Sfi i Malmö stad - Anmälan utan e-legitimation. I e-tjänsten anger du det tillfälliga nummer du har fått på ditt godkända beslut.

Apply for the right to register for sfi as a EU- /EEA-citizen

If you are an EU or EEA-citizen without a Swedish personal identity number and wish to study Swedish for immigrants (sfi), you first need to apply for the right to study sfi. To apply for the right to study sfi, you need to fill out a form that you will find by clicking on "Hämta blanketter".

Requirements before you apply

To be able to apply for the right to study sfi as an EU- /EEA-citizen, you need to be registered as resident in Malmö and be able to prove citizenship. If you are a family member of an EU-/EEA-citizen, you can apply through them. 

Enclose documents

You have to enclose the following documents to your application:

• A copy of your passport or national ID card from an EU-/EEA-country where nationality is stated.

If you apply through your family member, you have to enclose the following documents to your application:

• A copy of your passport or national ID card from an EU-/EEA-country where nationality is stated.
• A copy of your family member's passport or national ID card from an EU-/EEA-country where nationality is stated.

If your application is approved

1. If your application is approved, a confirmation letter with a temporary number is sent to the address you have stated.
2. Register to sfi via the e-service: Sfi i Malmö stad - Anmälan utan e-legitimation. When you register you must fill in the temporary number which you find in your confirmation letter.
